Today, Facebook announced a new mobile ads product called Mobile App Install Ads. These ads are served up in the newsfeed in Facebook’s mobile application with the goal of driving mobile app installs for advertisers. Our clients have been asking for this kind of solution to promote their native iOS and Android apps via Facebook’s mobile newsfeed.
Why? According to eMarketer there are expected to be 1 billion active mobile app users worldwide spending 101 billion minutes a month on Android/iOS apps alone.
